I have done my fair share of diets over the years, when you see other people doing them and having success it’s hard not to want to get in on the action and do the same thing.

What I ultimately learned is that simple cutting calories and working out most days is what works for me, sure it’s slower to get the weight off – but it stays off.

I still like to keep up to date with all the latest trends in the dieting world though, like bariatric surgery, as I run a health and wellness blog so need to know what I am talking about
