I know quite a few people who have gotten themselves into a financial pickle over the years and needed to employ the help of various debt consolitdation services – like the ones from Clear Debt, a UK based company that has been helping people get out of said pickle for many years now.

I am personally boringly sensible with money, always have been and always will be, but in this financial climate I am very aware that even the most sensible person can find themselves struggling and with things set to get worse before they get better I am not counting my chickens and assuming it won’t happen to me.

It took us a good five years to clear his debts and start with a fresh slate, it was 6 years before we could afford to move in together.
