Finding Happiness isn’t easy

As you probably know by now if you have been reading this blog for some time, my health is very important to me. This time 5 years ago I was obese, a heavy smoker and drinker, I had no confidence and I hardly ever left the house. To say that I was unhappy would be an understatement.

I finally decided it was time to do something about it and find that happiness that I so desperately wanted and I turned my life around.

I lost 100lbs, stopped smoking and drinking, started going out more and challenging myself to do something new and scary are often as possible.

I am now fit, a social butterfly and it has even been said by my friends I am somewhat of an adrenaline junky. I am certainly a lot happier than I was, but am I truly happy? That I am not so sure of.

I still have issues, I still have things in my life that I would like to change or better so I would say that I still need help with Finding Happiness – like most people in the world I assume. Those that are truly happy don’t know just how blessed they are.

Do you think that you can find happiness on your own, is it something you can learn and teach yourself, or is it something that you need help with – either from friends, family, loved ones or even from proffessionals that can work with you in trying to discover what’s holding you back.

I have heard a lot about the benefits of self hypnosis recently and I wondered if it could help with happiness and confidence, it is something I will be looking into more closely in the following days and I might have to give it a chance myself.

I love to wear Make Up. Actually I love every thing about make up, I love reading Cosmetics Tips online and watching Make Up Tutorials on video sites, I also love going to the shops to buy make up and reading reviews about new products.

When it comes to new products I definitely always like to read the opinions of real people who have used the products, rather than ‘experts’ who just tell you how they work.

I have probably saved myself a small fortune in not buying various items I had planned to after reading the reviews of some real women

Panda eyes

I was reading a tutorial earlier about how to make your eyelashes grow and I am going to try out some of the methods suggested – they are simple enough to do so if they don’t work it’s no big deal. I would love to have longer eyelashes, like most women, without having to apply endless amounts of dark mascara and often getting the panda eyes look.

I need to find some information on appetite suppressants that work because just lately I have been pigging out a lot. I usually lead a really healthy lifestyle and like to eat good food – but when I get in the mood for something like chocolate there’s just no stopping me and I can easily sit and eat 500 – 1000 calories worth in the space of just a few minutes.

Losing it the old fashioned way

A friend of mine was asking me what the best diet pills are as she obviously knows I have lost a lot of weight recently – I found it quite strange that she assumed that meant I would know about diet pills, like that’s the only way I could have lost weight? I have never taken a diet pill in my life and I don’t plan to start, I lost my 98lbs the old fashioned way

Health Care Brokers

My friend asked me to help her find a great home health care brokers a few days ago and I said sure, I don’t know much about it to be honest so had to spend some time online reading about what to look out for (and what to try and avoid!). Hopefully the information I have gathered will help her out, it’s nice to give something back as she’s done a lot for me

I was reading some oxyelite pro reviews earlier today and I think it seems like a good product, it’s for my neice not me though. She mentioned she was going to buy some online and I told her to let me check first as a lot of these sorts of things you can get online really aren’t worth the money!

I found a testosterone pill in an old handbag of mine a few days ago – now why on earth would I have one of those? I’m a woman so have no need for such pills and it’s not something any man I am close to has been taking (that I know of) so it’s a total mystery!

Helping my nephew

I need to find hormonal acne cures for my nephew, he suffers terribly with acne and no matter what he does or what he uses they never seem to go away for very long – he’s just a teenager so it really affects his confidence, although he has not admitted it I know that he’s being picked on because of it and that makes me very sad

Looking for a Florida Personal Injury Attorney

I think that I might need to help find my cousin a Florida personal injury attorney as she had an accident at work a few weeks ago and although the initially accepted responsibility and said that they would do every thing needed to cover costs and the like – as the medical bills have started to come in they are going back on their word, now only offering to ‘help’ with the costs.

The thing is my cousin has worked in the same place her entire adult life and it’s just a small family run business rather than a big corporation so she doesn’t feel ‘right’, as she puts it, chasing them for money and playing hard ball – she feels like she’s part of the family so this whole incident has upset her a lot.

I have told her she really needs to stand up for herself and that I will do a little research for her and find someone she can get proper advice from, but of course it’s easier said than done and I am sure that if I were in her position I would feel much the same way she does about not wanting to rock the boat too much.
