Thankfully it’s not for me though, at 30 years old I am happily passed that stage where I get spots on a regular basis. Mainly because she bought it online without doing any research or price comparisons – she says she saw it was on offer so just went for it.

You’ve always got to research these sort of things in my opinion and make sure they are going to work and that you are getting them from a reputable source and you are not being ripped off by a apidexin scam.

They are chewable ones and actually taste pretty nice, it’s like having a bit of candy each day. No noticeable changes so far but then I wouldn’t expect there to be so soon – let’s wait and see what happens :)

I have been using the same ancient one for several years now so I guess it was about time I updated. Most of my work outs are done on the elliptical but when I want some aerobics it’s straight to the DVD player with my ancient dance work out.

Now I have a Ministry of Sound one, how up to date! I just hope that it’s not too hard because it does look really hard just from the preview, lots of jumping up and down and choreography, eep.

I plan to try it out over the next few days so I will let you know how it goes :)
