A good friend of mine asked with help in filling out her Medicare D Enrollment forms. I wondered why she had asked me as it’s exactly my area of expertise, but I said I would help any way as she seemed really stressed about it. It’s nice to be useful and help your friends out when you can, right?

While I was searching around online and looking up the information I needed to pass on to her I learned a lot about the cost of Medicare Part D and the specific Medicare Part D prescription that she wanted on Mypartdusa, a leading site in the field.

I always seem to get roped into helping other people with things online, just now my mother in law asked me to find somewhere she can print 400 photos and create a calendar.

I have a reputation among my friends and family as the go to girl for all things internet related and although it can be annoying at times I don’t mind really, in fact it’s quite nice to feel useful sometimes – I can hardly help them out in other areas as my job doesn’t allow it.

I do wish people would do more for themselves sometimes though!
