I have used Idrive online backup service in the past to back up important files related to moving from Australia to the USA. They’ve come out with a new product now which seems interesting, their Portable Drive is a super slinky and sleek looking USB portable drive that makes syncing online and local backups super fast and simple.

The drive is a whopping 320GB, which is actually bigger than my harddrive on my computer, so I doubt there’s ever much chance of me running out of room on it!

They cost $69.95 including a subscription to the site/online back up service and I am going to get one after my next pay day (which can’t come soon enough this month!).

I am having one of those days, where every thing is just going wrong.

I won’t bore you with all the details, but at least it is generally only little things that are annoying rather than big dramas.

But still.

I am sleepy and grumpy and just waiting for bed time so that I can go to sleep before any thing else goes wrong.

…Reality TV and the soaps are my favourites and I watch shows from all over the world. It comes from having grown up in the UK, lived in Australia for a few years and now living in America.

I love Big Brother, Survivor, The Amazing Race, The Biggest Loser, Top Chef, Project Runway, Next Top Model and The X Factor to name but a few.

I also love Lost, Dexter, Heroes, 24, Eastenders, Dancing On Ice, Neighbours and Wipeout!

My husband and I met online you know, almost 10 years ago now.

At the time I was embarrassed to admit that, because it was before the days when online dating sites and the like were cool and the Internet was such a common place to meet partners.

We didn’t meet on a dating website however, we just met randomly in a chat room — knew each other for around 4 years before we eventually met up and the rest as they say, is history :)

…Husbands car went to the dealership last night so that they could look at it this morning, there are several little issues with it like the electronic wing mirrors not always working and lots of little rattles — and the warranty runs out on Friday so he’s taken it to get looked at before it does.

Well he went to pick it up 3 hours ago now! The dealership is a 2 minute walk away. He’s not answering his cell so I have no idea what’s happened or where he’s ended up.

Not that I am worried about him, there will have just have been a problem he’s engrossed in — but still, he could call to let me know what’s going on.

Men, hey?
